Agreement

By buying from or using ShipWeb3 you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not purchase.

These terms were last updated on August 7, 2026.

What we sell

We sell digital products: source code archives, project templates and custom development services. Everything is delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You may check out as a guest. Guest orders are tied to the email address you provide, and your download links are sent there.

Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full before any download is unlocked.

Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. If you send the wrong amount or use the wrong network, contact us immediately — recovery is sometimes possible but never guaranteed.

Delivery

Source code downloads unlock as soon as payment confirms. Card payments are usually instant; crypto payments unlock once the transaction has the required confirmations.

Custom services are delivered according to the schedule agreed in writing before work begins.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute or publish our source code as your own product, whether modified or not. See the License Agreement for the full detail.

You may not use anything bought here to build products that defraud users, run unlicensed financial services, or break the law in your jurisdiction.

No warranty

Products are provided "as is". We work hard to ship correct, secure code, but we cannot guarantee it is free of defects, nor that it will suit every use case.

You are responsible for auditing, testing and securing anything you deploy — particularly smart contracts, which are irreversible once live.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, lost funds, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new revision date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
