License Agreement
What you may and may not do with source code bought from ShipWeb3.
Last updated August 7, 2026
The short version
One purchase covers one commercial project. You can modify the code freely, deploy it, and keep the money it makes. You cannot resell the code itself.
What you may do
Use the source code in one commercial product that you own or operate.
Modify, extend and rewrite any part of it. You do not need to credit us.
Deploy it to any infrastructure, on any chain, for an unlimited number of end users.
Let contractors and employees work on your copy while they are working for you.
What you may not do
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code — modified or not — as a product, template, course or repository.
Publish it to a public repository, file-sharing site or marketplace.
Use one purchase across multiple unrelated commercial products. Each product needs its own licence.
Claim authorship of the original codebase.
Extended use
Building for a client? One licence covers one client project — buy a separate licence per client.
Need to use a project across several of your own products, or inside an agency? Contact us for a multi-project licence.
Updates
Purchases include lifetime updates for that project. New versions appear in your dashboard at no extra cost.
Updates are provided at our discretion; we do not guarantee a release schedule.
Third-party components
Projects may include open-source dependencies under their own licences (MIT, Apache 2.0 and similar). Those licences govern those components and are listed in each project.
Termination
Breaching this licence — particularly by redistributing the source — ends your right to use the code immediately and without refund.
Questions
Not sure whether your use case is covered? Ask before you buy. We would rather answer than argue later.
Something unclear? Ask us — we would rather explain it now than have a disagreement later.
