Refund Policy
Digital goods, handled fairly.

The principle
Source code cannot be un-downloaded, so blanket refunds are not workable. But we do not want your money if the product genuinely does not do what we said it does.
When we refund
The product is materially different from what the listing describes, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
The download is broken or incomplete and we cannot supply a working archive.
You were charged twice for the same order.
You have not downloaded anything yet and request a refund within 14 days.
When we do not refund
You changed your mind after downloading.
You bought the wrong project without asking first — we answer pre-sale questions for exactly this reason.
You lack the technical skill to deploy it. Our listings state the stack required; support helps, but we cannot build it for you under a source-code purchase.
You want the code to do something it never claimed to do.
Custom services
Service work is refundable in proportion to milestones not yet delivered. Completed and approved milestones are not refundable.
If we cannot deliver an agreed milestone, that portion is refunded in full.
Crypto payments
On-chain payments are refunded to the wallet address they came from, in the same asset, less network fees. Price movement between purchase and refund is not compensated.
How to request one
Email us with your order number and what went wrong. We respond within 48 hours and resolve approved refunds within 7 business days.
